        姜淑贞,女,197211月出生,山东省临清市人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事动物营养、饲料加工、饲料添加剂和饲料安全卫生等的研究工作。主讲《饲料学》、《动物营养与饲料科学》、《饲料分析》、《水产动物饲料与加工学实验》本科课程以及《动物营养与饲料科学》教学实习和《科研训练实习模块》的实践教学。山东饲料科技专业委员会秘书长,动物营养学分会会员,Journal of animal science》、《animal》、《Food and Chemical Toxicology》、《Poultry science》、《Journal of applied poultry research》、《Tropical Animal Health and Production》、《畜牧兽医学报》、《动物营养学报》和《山东农业大学学报》等的审稿专家。现主持山东省农业重大应用技术创新课题子课肉牛农牧结合零污染排放轮牧模式研究与应用规模猪场饲料霉菌毒素控制技术两项山东省科技厅项目。参加国家自然基金项目“Wnt/β-catenin在玉米赤霉烯酮诱导断奶仔猪子宫肥大中的作用机制--31572441(第二位)、山东省科技厅山东省现代农业产业技术体系生猪创新团队--SDAIT-08-04(第二位)、国家公益性行业(农业)科研专项经费饲料中抗生素替代品关键研究与示范子课题—201403047(第二位)以及多项横向在研项目。曾参加山东省农业科技成果转化资金项目、国家九五攻关成果推广课题、国家十五攻关课题、国家863计划、国家科技支撑计划子专题和横向联合课题多项。鉴定成果8项,获省部级奖励5项,获发明专利2项,2企业直接成果转化5项。参编《饲料配合工艺学》、《饲料分析与检测技术》、《仔猪饲料配方600例》、《蛋鸡饲料配方100例》、《肉牛营养与饲养技术》、《山羊饲养图谱》等著作6部。国际、国内发表学术论文120余篇,其中第一(通讯)作者SCI收录外文10余篇。
